About Patriot Pickup Waste Solutions
Patriot Pickup Waste Solutions is a veteran-owned, locally operated property-services company based in Mobile, Alabama. We started PPWS to solve a specific problem: multifamily communities need reliable trash collection and clean common areas, and the vendors serving them are often huge, distant, and impossible to reach when something goes wrong.
We launch with doorstep valet trash as our core service, and we bundle common-area cleaning and pressure washing so a property manager deals with one accountable local vendor instead of three.
What we believe
- Say what you will do, then do it. Every commitment on this site is one we can keep.
- Publish the limits. Saying what we do not take is a sign of competence, not weakness.
- Do not fake technology. We would rather document routes honestly than sell software we have not built.
- Answer the phone. You get the owner, not a ticket number.
