Doorstep valet trash
Our core service. Residents leave properly sealed household trash outside their door during the set-out window; our crew collects it during the collection window and moves it to your property’s existing onsite dumpster or compactor.
Standard launch model: five nights per week. Frequency options are available for properties that need a different schedule.
What residents may set out
- Normal household trash in securely tied, leak-free bags
- Only in the property-approved set-out location
- Only during the approved set-out window
- A size and weight one worker can handle safely
What we do not take
- Sharps, needles or exposed glass
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Hazardous chemicals, pesticides or corrosives
- Hot ashes, charcoal, flammables or explosives
- Automotive fluids, oil, fuel or batteries
- Loose liquids or leaking bags
- Furniture, mattresses or appliances without approval
- Unbagged household waste
Route and access requirements
- Working gate credentials or codes
- Accessible building entrances, stairs and elevators
- A workable walking route between buildings
- Identified dumpster or compactor locations
- Adequate disposal capacity for the volume collected
- Lighting and nighttime safety considerations reviewed
- Areas where carts cannot be used identified in advance
Standards we hold ourselves to
- Waste is never left in breezeways or common areas
- Bags stay controlled — no dragging or leaking
- Residents are treated courteously and briefly
- Route completion is verified every night
- Problems are escalated, not quietly skipped
What we do NOT do. We are honest about scope so there are no surprises on night one.
- We do not enter resident units — ever.
- We do not haul waste offsite under the standard valet-trash scope.
- We do not take sharps, needles, medical or biohazardous waste, hazardous chemicals, hot ashes, explosives, automotive fluids, loose liquids, or unbagged waste.
- We do not take oversized or bulky items without prior approval.
- We do not clear dangerous compactor jams or climb into dumpsters.
